Juneteenth Celebration Agreement, Information, Rules, and Regulations By signing this document, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all policies and information provided (including cancellation and refund policies). Unclear information may cause delays in spacing notifications or receipt verification for committee members. Vendors/Services/Performers: Please check in at the Blackstone Juneteenth Celebration Welcome area before registering and setting up. Booth dimensions are 10’ x 10’. Vendors are responsible for providing their tents, tables, chairs, and display equipment. Vendors must also set up their cleaning stations in addition to those provided by the Juneteenth Committee. Vendors must clear and clean their area before leaving the premises. All participants are required to adhere to CDC guidelines at all times. Solicitation outside of booths, including the use of amplification, is prohibited. All display items, products, and signage must be contained within the assigned booth/tent space without obstructing pedestrian traffic. Displays should be set up by 9:30 am and remain until at least 5:00 pm on the day of the event. Vehicles are not allowed in the exhibit area after 9:30 am or before 4:30 pm. Booth breakdown must be completed by 5:00 pm for those operating from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. ALL TRAILERS/VEHICLES/ MERCHANDISE MUST BE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA BY THE DESIGNATED TIME SCHEDULED. If a vendor is unable to move the trailer towing will be enforced by 10:30 PM and it is not the responsibility of the Town of Blackstone Juneteenth Committee LLC., or The Town of Blackstone for any damages your property may endure if left unattended. Block party participants must complete the breakdown by 10:00 pm. Booths should be manned at all times, maintained cleanly, and all boxes and debris removed by day's end. Trash removal services are not provided. All participants must consistently observe Virginia State COVID standards, provide hand sanitizer at their booths, and wear masks. Vendors must secure their extension cords from their booths to the outlets if electricity is needed. Food vendors must submit all completed Health Department forms, including licenses, by May 31, 2025.
